Hi folks,
es gibt neue Nachrichten in diesen Corona-geprägten Zeiten….
Nachdem durch die Lockerungsmaßnahmen Sport im Freien unter Einhaltung bestimmter Regeln wieder erlaubt ist, wollen wir auch die Chance nutzen und zumindest im Freien wieder mit Training beginnen.
Die wesentlichen Regeln sind:
- Ausübung an der frischen Luft im öffentlichen Raum oder auf öffentlichen oder privaten Freiluftsportanlagen oder in Reithallen
- Einhaltung der Beschränkungen nach § 1 Abs. 1 (Abstandsregel von 1,5 Metern)
- Ausübung allein oder in kleinen Gruppen von bis zu fünf Personen (–> machen wir halt mehrere Gruppen)
- kontaktfreie Durchführung
Diese Regeln können wir einhalten, indem wir zunächst nur mit Grundschultraining und Katatraining starten.Da wir noch nicht in die Turnhallen können, haben wir Trainer uns abgestimmt und haben eine Wiese hinter dem OBI-Baumarkt in Stadtbergen als Trainingsort „auserkoren“.
Wir treffen uns also alle (weiß bis schwarz) bei gutem Wetter jeweils Montags und Mittwochs von 18:00 Uhr bis 19:30 auf dieser Wiese (beim Strommast) – alternativ kann man sich auch schon um 17:45 auf dem Obi-Parkplatz treffen und dann zur Wiese laufen. Der Park & Ride Platz ist mit der Straßenbahn (Line 2) erreichbar. Siehe Foto: Treffpunkt auf der Wiese, unterhalb von „RB Deuringen“ beim Strommast.
Sonstiges:
- Wenn jemand Erkältungssymptome hat, bitte unbedingt zu Hause bleiben
- bitte auch schon wenn Ihr Euch trefft auf die 1,5m Abstand achten
- Sportkleidung oder Karateanzug ist beides möglich
- Turnschuhe sind möglich
- wer will bitte Isomatte o. ä. mitbringen, falls wir mal etwas Kondition oder Aufwärme am Boden machen
- Es gibt dort keine Toiletten
